Our reserve Cabernet is a beautiful ruby color with an amazing nose that hints of french oak and blackberries. We take our time with our reserve keeping in in barrel typically 24 months and then bottled for minimum 6 months before release. Smooth all the way through with that classic Cabernet Sauvignon finish!
Dry Humor is a dry, Alsatian style wine. Pale straw color. Fresh aromas highlighted by tangerine, green apple and a hint of peach. Bright palate of balanced fruit-salad and creamy texture. Finishes dry and refreshing.
Opaque garnet black color. Aromas and flavors of dried berries, leather, and dark roasted nuts with a velvety, bright, sweet medium-to-full body finish. Notes of spiced sour cherries, orange blossom honey, and cedar with earthy, chewy tannins and moderate oak. A rich, sweet and savory port-style wine.
